Why do you think some people struggle to understand the concept of 'white privilege' and how would you explain it?
I think they're often times white, it's hard to realize you're the problem when talking about this

White privilege is so embedded in our identity as white people. It’s available to us in countless subtle, but also broad, ways that it can be difficult to see—in particular if you are constantly surrounded by other white people. Our cultures and systems teach us, on a global level and across race, that whiteness and being associated with whiteness equals power, beauty, and fortune. Not being willing to question that, deeply analyze it, and commit to unlearning white supremacy is the highest form of white privilege.
